Calculus 3 is the study of the calculus of functions from spaces of arbitrary dimension to spaces of arbitrary dimensions.  If the dimension domain is one then the function is a spatial curve.  If the dimension of the codomain is one, the function is a spatial surface.  If the dimension of the domain and the codomain are equal the function is a vector field.  If the dimensions differ then it can be viewed as a parameterized spatial surface.  The course syllabus and homework assignment sheet require Microsoft Word 2000 or later.
